Farmers Weekly Awards Ceremony 2022
The Farmers Weekly Awards ceremony will take place on 6th October at Grosvenor House Hotel in London’s Park Lane. The event promises to be a great night out, bringing together farmers from across the UK to celebrate the very best of British agriculture.
Excellence in Poultry Farming
Farmers Weekly Awards cover 15 categories including Poultry Farmer of the Year, a demanding category requiring finalists to show a strong business focus whilst being a champion of farming to the wider public.
We are excited to see that two of the three finalists in the Poultry Farmer of the Year category are customers of Humphrey Feeds & Pullets!
Richard Pinfield has barn and free-range flocks in Bromsgrove, Worcestershire. Since choosing Humphrey for both feed and pullet supply, Richard has received regular onsite support from our Poultry Specialist David Hope and per bird egg production targets are significantly exceeding breed industry predictions. Richard believes a major contributing factor is the consistency of feed from rearing to end of flock, and the fact that Humphrey Feeds provides the right feed at the right time according to needs of the birds and size of egg required by packers.
St Ewe Free Range Eggs handle up to 300,000 eggs a day from their packing centre in Cornwall. We are the company’s dedicated UK based feed supplier and producers use the unique feed ration to ensure consistency of production. St Ewe, who are producers themselves, have also worked with Humphrey Feeds to trial and roll out specialist feed to deliver premium products such as their Rich Yolk brand.

Hundreds of guests will attend the black tie event alongside the finalists, including talented farmers, industry leaders and a secret celebrity host.
